What is your cancellation policy?
For inflatable units, reservations must be canceled at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 7 days are subject to a loss of deposit. We understand that weather is sometimes unpredictable in Florida, you can reschedule your party up to 48 hours prior to your set-up at no extra cost. Please try to have an indoor backup in case of inclement weather.
For Balloon Rings, deposits are non-refundable since purchased materials are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made up to 3 days prior (when balance is due) to avoid having to make the payment for remaining balance.
Do I have to keep the inflatable unit plugged in all of the time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
What happens if I don’t have access to electricity within 50 feet of the inflatable unit?
If there is no accessible power outlet within 50 feet of the inflatable, you will be required to rent a quiet generator for an additional $100. The generator will be provided with a full gas tank to ensure powering for the entirety of the event time. To avoid electrical risk and ensure compatibility with our blowers, you will not be allowed to provide your own generator.
How much space do I need for the inflatable setup?
The Palace is 14’L x 14’W and requires a minimum of 18’Lx18’W of space. The Bubble house is 20’L x 13’W and requires a minimum of 24’L x 17’W of space.
What surfaces do you set up on?
Our inflatables can be set-up on most flat surfaces including grass, cement and Pavers. For safety reasons, stakes (grass or terrain) & sandbags (all other surfaces) are used to support inflatables. Customer is responsible for selecting a location well suited for installation to avoid any damage. Let’s Hang shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to grass, terrain, sprinklers, pipes, cables, etc. by these items or any other rental items.
Am I responsible for Damage?
The rental equipment will be delivered in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear accepted). Any damage that would prevent Let’s Hang from continuing to rent the units is considered irreparable damage (such as lost/stolen units, punctures, tears, permanent stains, etc.) If irreparable damage has been done the customer will be liable for the replacement fee and the damaged unit will be property of Let’s Hang.
Are your rentals clean?
Absolutely! Each of our units undergoes a meticulous cleaning process. Our commitment is to provide a clean, well-maintained, and safe environment for your children. Following every rental, our units are thoroughly cleaned using commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. A final inspection is conducted to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
How many children can play in a bounce house at one time?

How far in advance should I reserve my units?
Reservation timing depends on the season and the specific unit(s) you desire. To secure your preferred unit, it's advisable to book as soon as you finalize your event date. We strive to accommodate every request, so give us a call, and we'll gladly assist you.
How do I request a quote?
You can either add your chosen rentals to the cart for an estimated cost or call us for a customized quote tailored to your needs.
What form of payment do you accept? When do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards. A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the full payment due three days before your event to prevent cancellation.
Do you collect Sales Tax?
Yes, Florida state sales tax is collected when your order is placed. Your quote will include the sales tax amount for transparency. Non-profit entities with a state-approved tax exemption certificate need to provide an EIN number and relevant documentation upon rental.
Am I expected to tip the delivery people?
While tipping our delivery team for exceptional service is appreciated, it is not mandatory.
Why is an adult required at all times to monitor the use of an inflatable?
Safety is paramount. An adult must supervise to ensure that all safety rules are adhered to, preventing potential injuries resulting from misuse or improper conduct by the occupants.
What happens if it rains?
In the event of predicted rain on your rental day, you can reschedule up to the day prior at no cost. However, if the equipment is delivered, no refunds are issued due to inclement weather.
What happens if I lose power?
For inflatables requiring continuous airflow, if the blower stops, remove children immediately. Check the circuit breaker, reset if tripped, and if it trips again, try another outlet. Contact us if issues persist.
Can your units be set up indoors?
Absolutely! Our units can be set up indoors, whether in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or any suitable indoor space.
Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
Under no circumstances should large quantities of water be used with any inflatable. In case of cleaning needs, use a moist rag, avoiding any items that could create a mess or spill.
